4. The Friends Seek Help

Curly and Boysie walk along the beach looking for the sea thief but they do not see anyone.

"I think we need some help," says Boysie.

"Who can help us?" Curly asks.

Boysie thinks for a moment. "Let's go and see Professor Potter," says Boysie. "He is clever."

The two friends leave the beach and go to the Professor's house.

They ring the bell. The door is opened by Grimblegrot, the Professor's helper. "Hello you two," he says. "The Professor has been waiting for you."

"How did he know that we were coming?" Curly asks.

"He saw you with his new toy," answers Grimblegrot.
